Boats built for real-world use
Classic 385 and River 410 — durable, lightweight and ready for the water.
Two designs. One standard.
Choose the boat that fits your water
From full days of fishing to leisure cruising on rivers and shallow waters. Both models combine practical deck layouts, PE100 durability and in-house controlled production.

PE100High-density polyethylene

Material
This is not ordinary plastic
PE100 is a high-grade, high-density polyethylene valued for its impact strength, crack resistance, negligible water absorption and resistance to many chemicals.
Impact resistance
PE100 is flexible and highly resistant to mechanical damage. On impact, it can absorb part of the energy, reducing the risk of permanent denting or cracking.
No corrosion
Polyethylene does not corrode and requires no anti-corrosion protection. Water, moisture and mud do not cause rust or electrochemical hull corrosion.
Minimum maintenance
The hull does not need painting or regular renewal of a protective coating. Routine care generally means washing and checking the basic equipment.
Zero water absorption
PE100 does not absorb water, so it does not swell during long-term immersion.
Quieter hull
Compared with metal, polyethylene transmits less impact and deck noise—an important advantage when fishing or moving through shallow water.
Repairable
In the event of more serious damage, PE100 components can be repaired by a properly trained specialist using thermoplastic welding methods.
PE100 compared with other materials
| Property | PE100 | Aluminium | GRP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hull corrosion | None | Possible, especially galvanic | None |
| Impact behaviour | Flexible energy absorption | Permanent denting possible | Cracking or chipping possible |
| Hull painting | Not required | Depends on finish | Periodic surface care |
| Noise transmission | Low | High | Moderate |
| Shallow-water use | Very good | Good | Depends on construction |
